* He was bored with that and missed the excitement of his previous job so he left someone else in charge and went back to being an Auror
* Now, with the new Minister taking over, the Verity is in trouble as sales are sinking in competition with the Prophet and it's time for Harvey to take the reigns in his capable if slightly unorthodox and rebellious hands again
